Cost is dependent on the type of room chosen. Cost is all-inclusive of 3 nights lodging (or 3 days site-use fee for commuters), 8 meals (6 meals for commuters) and class instruction.

A shared room will be with another person of your choosing, or assigned by Menucha (it will be someone else attending the same class).

A single room will be just you.

We will enjoy The Greenhouse as the Painting studio and Boyd Hall for lodging participants. If you have any mobility concerns, please let us know so we may assign you an appropriate room. Boyd Hall has 4 separate bedrooms with 2 shared bathrooms. During registration you can name a roommate, let us know later, or let us assign one.

A Commuter is someone who does not spend the night at Menucha. Commuters can choose to receive lunch and dinner meals, or lunch only.

Menucha's cancellation policy is:

More than 90 days out = 100% refunded less $50 administration fee

46-90 days out = 65% refunded

30-45 days out = 50% refunded

Less than 30 days out = No refund available*

There are no refunds once the program has started.

If the event is canceled, the full deposit will be refunded.

*(Updated October 2023) Until December 31, 2023, refunds will be given if you test positive for Covid on the day of arrival and do not attend.

After December 31, 2023 less than 30 days from the start of a program no refunds will be made.

For those concerned with cancellations, you may want to consider the Optional Purchase Protection that is available during registration (but not after). You can read the terms and conditions of the Purchase Protection (which is not administered by Menucha) here.
