If you are only registering yourself, choose "I am registering myself or a family member" and proceed through the registration and payment.

If registering another family member, click the "add another registrant" button after completing all of your own information. 

Instructions for Social workers: 

A voucher for only the training portion of the cost for the weekend can be purchased for your client. The cost for the weekend is $350 ($115 for training,  $235 for lodging and meals). 

In "Amount" enter $115. 

In "Recipient Email" enter the email address of your client. 

Upon completion of payment, a voucher code will be sent to the email address you entered for your client.  

Your client will receive an email which says:

You have been issued a voucher code redeemable on your registration for the Augmentative and Assistive  Communication Device (AAC) Programming Retreat at Menucha Retreat & Conference Center, November 1-3, 2024.

Menucha's cancellation policy is based on time.

46-90 days out65% refunded
30-45 days out50% refunded
Less than 30 days out*No refund available*

There are no refunds once the program has started.
If the event is canceled, the full deposit will be refunded.

*(Updated October 2023) Until December 31, 2023, refunds will be given if you test positive for Covid on the day of arrival and do not attend.

After December 31, 2023 less than 30 days from the start of a program no refunds will be made.

For those concerned with cancellations, you may want to consider the Optional Purchase Protection that is available during registration (but not after). You can read the terms and conditions of the Purchase Protection (which is not administered by Menucha) here.

Please confirm the status of your program before making travel arrangements.  Menucha is not responsible for participants’ travel expenses and/or arrangements.
